  • If you know someone struggling from an eating disorder, one of the most important things you can do is offer unconditional love and support. 
  • When addressing someone with an eating disorder, make sure to; avoid comments regarding their eating in any context, suggest ways you can practice wellness together, make sure to be mindful of your own self talk around them, do your own research and educate yourself on it, be open for conversation when they need it most, do not be shy to seek professional help when necessary. 
  • The key is to be patient.
